Chief Consultant Mr. Attygalle, obtained his first degree in Bio Science from University of Ruhuna. Thereafter he attached to University of Peradeniya, Dept. of Botany as Research Associate to conduct Research on Pollination Biology in Sinharaja Forest Reserve. He is a Post Graduate Diploma  holder in Management, Open University of Sri Lanka. Reading for PhD.

Mr. Attygalle has more than 15 years Private Sector Management Experience and he worked as Management Representative / Quality Assurance Manager in one of the First Five Companies Certified by the SLSI ( Sri Lanka Standards Institution ) for ISO 9002:1987 in 1991.  

Mr. Attygalle  is also among the initially trained Lead Auditors registered in IRCA  ( International Register of Certificated Auditors ) in UK. For  ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems & ISO 14000 Environmental Management Systems. He also  well known consultant for guiding Organizations for  National Quality Award based on Malcolm Baldrige Criteria US.
